We had an amazing launch party in Preston at Stratos, which put on an amazing spread of Mediterranean canapés and champagne on arrival for all our guests.

We're currently doing a six week shred programme for anybody wanting to get involved.
The 6 week challenge was created for the run up to Christmas, to help people get in shape/ lose weight/fit into that LBD etc whatever your goal is. I personalise the plan based on what results you want.
Once you join the programme you'll receive your products, You'll be added to the private support group which has lots of files in for you to look through.
Recipes, meal ideas, shake recipes, the 'ultimate female fitness guide', a Victoria's Secret model workout.. Basically lots of info to help you get your results.
Everything is based on your goal and we work from there :)
